Prayer is the key that unlocks the hearts of those under religious bondage. At times we need a challenge to prayer more and very specifically. Listed here is a 30-day walk of prayer concerning different Muslim countries.
To whom do we direct our prayers? We persevere in prayer because God desires to come near to us in prayer. Psalms 86:8-9 directs our prayers for day one – meditate on these thoughts while praying:
“There is none like you among the gods, O Lord,
nor are there any works like yours.
All the nations you have made shall come
and worship before you, O Lord,
and shall glorify your name.” (ESV)
Day 2 – Prayer Challenge for Saudi Arabia
Islam comes from the Arabian Peninsula. Migrant workers cover over 35% of the population and from this group, over 2 million Christians possible interact with the Arabs in this land every day. We know the truth of Acts 17:24 – “The God who made the world and everything in it, being Lord of heaven and earth, does not live in temples made by man.” (ESV)
Day 3 – Most populous Muslim Nation
Indonesia has been the largest Muslim country in the world but now Pakistan will soon past them, if not already. Pray for God to awaken souls in this vast land where even many missions have labored for years. Yet still, so many do not know that Jesus is more than a prophet but the living Savior who sacrificially died for all.
Day 4 – Pray for the Largest in Africa
Day 5 – Prayer Challenge – Pray4France
Today’s prayer challenge is for France, which has the most significant number of Muslims in the EU, and the numbers continue to expand.
