The Jewish cemetery in Chisinau, originally called the New Cemetery, proves the long history of the Hebrew people in this region. The city’s cemetery offers a unique view of its 200-year history, including pogroms and evidence of its destroyed section.

In only 160 years since the first missionaries arrived in Korea a great turning to Christ occurred. The center of Seoul provides a great experience in finding out what these missionaries in Korea did right. A Peaceful Walk along the Hillsides of Anadolu Fortress in Istanbul
On my many visits to this city, I love visiting this area because there are many cafes along the water. Also, walking up the Setüstü streets from the Anadolu Fortress will provide amazing views and lovely houses. Byzantine Ruins Hidden in a Yalova Neighborhood
In the middle of a modern residential complex in Çiftlikköy, just east of Yalova, lie the remains of a sixth-century Byzantine site. The ruins include evidence of an ancient water system, a church, and several tombs. Today, the surrounding buildings make the site easy to overlook, yet these scattered remains offer a glimpse into the Christian presence that once shaped this area.
About three kilometers east of Yalova, this quiet archaeological site invites a different kind of exploration. Rather than standing prominently above the modern city, the Byzantine remains sit almost unnoticed among contemporary homes. To find them requires looking beyond the modern landscape and searching below the surface for the history that remains.
